
The Family Empowerment Action to Self-Sufficiency Program (FEATS) is designed to assist enrolled program participants in removing obstacles and solving problems that stand in their path to self-sufficiency. Focus is placed on assisting families in raising their income level above the Poverty Guidelines set by the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The program provides case management, human resource readiness and development training, employment search and referrals along with special financial support services.
